signature.
Once you are enrolled, your name and telephone number will remain listed
for five years, or until that telephone number is no longer valid.

"Do-not-call" list and receive an unsolicited call from a telemarketer, you
may file a complaint with the Bureau of
Consumer Protection through their web site at
www.attorneygeneral.gov or call 1-800-441-2555 for assistance.
